FCU08 to FCU41.

From our Joint Venture factory, these products are manufactured to the original Fluidrive Engineering designs and standards, with some manufacturing improvements, and unlike our competitors we have retained the ultra – reliable Mechanical Gland Seal, rather than opt for the cheaper, but shorter life option of a rubber seal.
Spare parts for type FCU & FP designs, are identical to the FLUIDRIVE product, and can confidently be used to recondition original FLUIDRIVE equipment.
FLUID PULLEY – FP
Available in sizes FP09 to FP17. All sizes are built in our Milton Keynes workshop to provide a short delivery time, are supplied with our standard pulley fitted and a hollow shaft bored and keywayed to suit your existing motor shaft.
A delayed filling chamber version is available type DFP, for slightly higher cost, on factory lead times.
SUPER SOFT START COUPLINGS -
This compact range of shaft mounted couplings provides lower starting and acceleration torque characteristics than the FCU range, and is available for absorbed loads of up to 1150KW @ 1450 RPM
This Valve Controlled PSS design, which can limit acceleration torque to 100%FLT or below., matches any similar coupling available worldwide at much more realistic cost. Typical applications would include long bulk handling conveyors
